Reasons to be cheerful and smile!

Today is going to be a better day...

1. This was one of the first things I read this morning - thank you Miss Rachel!

2. I am going to make a start on my horrid assignment and prove my horrid tutor wrong.

3. I listened to the Gavin Rossdale track "Love Remains the Same" while walking to work down 5th Ave looking at the Empire State Building in front of a clear blue sky.

4. Captain America is taking me sailing tomorrow evening around Manhatten.

5. It's my birthday next week and although I will be another year older and still not really knowing what I'm doing with my life, I will be celebrating in one of the most amazing cities in the world with some great friends.

Thank you both for the birthday wishes.

Sadly, the rain is on its way so no sailing tonight. If I can get next friday off though, there might be an exciting trip on the cards!

Sailing around manhattan sounds fab - your stories are convincing me I need to visit NY. Perhaps you could reschedule the sailing for your birthday?

Glad you liked the post - cheered me up too that people are still willing to help.
